Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field
Must be currently licensed in the State of Utah or license eligible
Must be able to pass a thorough criminal history background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other department
