About The Position
We’re hiring a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Sociology, or related field
- Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems)
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
