Clinical Therapist - $5,000 Retention Bonus!
About The Position
Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Ephrata, PA, Keystone Retreat is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care. Please note: While our facility name reflects the historical name of the location, we are a separate organization with no affiliation to prior entities associated with the area. We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- LSW or LAPC is acceptable, provided you also hold a CAADC
- Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team
