About The Position

This role involves collaborating with clients and community providers to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. As a therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week. You will also provide excellent customer service, collaborate with a dynamic team, and utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Participation in clinical staff meetings and training sessions is also required, as we believe in continuous professional development and teamwork.
