Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the Cardio- Intensive Care Unit. Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
- Must be available for six (6) weeks of paid training, consisting of Virtual modules, Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM, On-unit training with department hired into (times TBD)

- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare, preferred.

- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.

- IV Insertion
- Catheter / Foley insertion
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
