About The Position

Inova Fairfax Hospital - Diagnostic Imaging is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.
This role will be Full Time | Days | 9AM-5:30PM| Monday - Friday | No rotating weekends or holidays

Clinical Technician 1 - Job Responsibilities:

Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
Mains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
Training: Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:
Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
Virtual training modules.
On-unit shifts
May perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
