Star Sleep & Wellness is ready to welcome new talent to our Wellness Team at our Pearland location! We are excited to continue the growth of our practice with new additions to the team that are passionate about patient care and can add value to our workplace culture. As a key member of our Wellness Team, you will collaborate closely with our doctors and mid-level providers to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. You will also manage your own patient column and handle a variety of appointment types daily. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. While education and experience in the medical field is appreciated, this is not required. We are willing to train individuals with a desire to work in healthcare! We value character over experience. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain excellent patient relationships through education and support.
  • Manage all aspects of patient care for oral appliance treatment.
  • Perform initial assessments including collecting vital signs and reviewing health histories.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping using the EMR system.
