About The Position
In addition to the duties, responsibilities and expectations outlined in the Staff Nurse job description, the Clinical Team Leader is responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, organizing, directing and supervising unit activities under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The nurse practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Nurse Practice Act, Powers Healthcare System policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of Powers by providing the highest quality care in the most cost-efficient manner, provides for the well-being of the community, services the needs of all people and demonstrates the values: dignity, compassionate care, community, quality and stewardship.
