About The Position

The PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) program provides an array of rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services to adults with a persistent and serious mental illness.

Requirements

  • LCSW or LMHC
  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task.
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with Licensure
  • Experience managing an individual caseload and facilitating groups
  • Experience managing administrative responsibilities
  • Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
  • Able to work in open space floor plan
  • Must be capable to move throughout work day (and follow individuals throughout the community)
  • Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet
  • Must be able to move in tight spaces

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field preferred
  • Previous experience providing clinical supervision preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all clinical and non-clinical staff, which include PROS Therapists, PROS Specialists, PROS Employment Specialist, Peer Specialists, Clerical Assistants, and Nursing staff.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to staff and complete Performance Agreements in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for marketing the program and its overall fiscal viability.
  • Ensure data entry of outcomes, as well as generate and review reports as needed.
  • Responsible for a small caseload and the required documentation.
  • May provide services on or off site.
  • Facilitate Psycho-educational, rehabilitation, and recovery groups.
  • Ensures that the program meets all CARF and OMH regulations and requirements.
  • Screens clients for services and coordinates referrals as needed.
  • Participates in Team Leader meeting and other necessary meetings, collaborates with internal and external sources, facilitates weekly team meetings and group supervision, and provides individual supervision for both licensed and unlicensed program staff.
  • Provides overview for Evidence Based Practices and ensures all QA audits are completed in a timely manner.
