About The Position
As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pair Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our mission-driven team by recruiting exceptional talent to deliver community-based healthcare and social services. You’ll focus on hiring for our high-volume clinical roles, with the flexibility to support other high-impact roles as needed. This is a high-volume recruiting role that requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates who align with our mission. This is a fully remote position based in the United States. While we have a distributed team, most of our clinical positions are based in California, so candidates outside of PST are generally expected to work PST hours.
