About The Position

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), temporary, six-month position with the possibility to transition to a standard role. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building mission-driven and high-performing clinical teams. As part of our Operations Team, you’ll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed nurse practitioners and psychiatrists who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, guiding them through an outstanding candidate experience, and closing. You’ll play a key role in helping scale Two Chairs and launch a new service line during an exciting phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years recruiting for MDs, NPs, or medical professionals.
  • High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions.
  • Experience recruiting in a multi-state environment preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for psychiatric professionals preferred.

  • Partner with leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers, provide guidance on interview best practices, and support smart, equitable hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.
  • Drive strategy: Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
