About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Trains new and existing staff on processes.
  • Provides refresher training and new software update training.
  • Audits billing staff for accuracy and consistency in billing processes.
  • Records and documents training processes.
  • Performs billing role as an Epic software team leader.
  • Shares knowledge of billing software and processes.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Pathway/Portals for patient authorization.
  • Steers and coordinates Epic ticket issues.
  • Develops policies and procedures for billing staff.
  • Plans, promotes, and troubleshoots issues in collaboration with staff.
