Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, particularly EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience with clinical workflow analysis, system integration, and data management is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a healthcare or technical setting.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of software development, systems analysis methodologies, and experience with system implementation in a clinical environment.
