At NorthBay Health, the Clinical Systems Instructor I provides instructor and performance support. Develops skills to assist with support of curricular development, training, and monitors and improves performance on the job. With mentoring, supports department-based systems trainers and resource staff. Is a member of the Learning and Leadership Development Team within Human Resources. Because of the program-based nature of job assignments, on-call availability requirements apply to periods greater than two weeks. Assignments are typically negotiated and documented at the beginning of the evaluation year and re-evaluated on a continuous basis.
