About The Position

Responsible for implementation and utilization of information systems required for Home Health and Hospice patients. Must be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures of the Home Health and Hospice industries. Requires ability to provide analysis and implementation of best practices for both industries. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current state license.
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 1-2 years experience in home care required.
  • Experience with Homecare Point of Care Software system required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri required.
