The Clinical Systems Analyst II will participate in the design, development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of health care information systems. This is a remote role in Northeast Ohio. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00am to 5:00pm with on call rotations once every three months for a week. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience OR two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system OR Associate’s degree and five years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and two years of experience OR High School diploma/GED and more than five years of relevant experience
  • Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT.
  • Technical certification may be required
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of the position start date

Nice To Haves

  • Current Epic Radiant certification or other Epic certification
  • Radiant Certification or Cupid certification

Responsibilities

  • Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.
  • Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.
  • Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.
  • Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • Assists with system build, data validation and system testing.
  • Participate in Project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.
  • Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality.
