C.H. Mason Community Health Clinic –Clinical Support Responsibilities: This position reports to the Association Director and provides administrative and clerical support for the clinic. Essential Job Duties: Patient intake, appointment scheduling, assisting with medical procedures, maintaining patient records, and communicating with patients and staff. Maintain calendars as requested (e.g. schedule appointments, meetings and teleconferences). Disseminate information and reports. File and maintain records. Screen and return telephone calls, correspondence, faxes, and emails. Develop and maintain databases. Research and compile information as requested. Provide information for and post to the association web site. Also, proof website content. Assist with conducting surveys. Transcribe minutes from roundtable meetings. Back-up receptionist as needed. Other duties as assigned.
