About The Position

We are hiring a part time Clinical Support Technician to p rovides on-site support for clinical service delivery, including facilitation of in-center telehealth sessions under the direction of licensed clinicians. Services are provided in our Outpatient Pediatric center in Lawton, OK. Experience working with children with disabilities preferred. The Sunshine Center is dedicated to children of all ages experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and/or motor development delays. The Sunny Days Sunshine Center is a one-of-a-kind center designed to promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and enable individuality. We embrace each childs individual needs and are dedicated to children of all ages who are experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and/or motor development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with licensed professionals
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with disabilities preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or clinical support environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides on-site support for clinical service delivery, including facilitation of in-center telehealth sessions under the direction of licensed clinicians
  • Facilitate in-center therapy sessions under the direction and supervision of licensed clinicians, including support of telehealth services
  • Assist with the preparation, supervision, and coordination of therapy sessions
  • Maintain availability during scheduled therapy hours to support session delivery and patient needs
  • Provide scheduling-related support, including make-up sessions, as assigned
  • Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
  • Maintain clean, organized, therapy-ready treatment rooms
  • Perform assigned administrative and operational tasks during non-therapy time
  • Provide limited front desk coverage, as assigned
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures when scheduled
  • Process faxed referrals and support intake-related workflows, as assigned
  • Support day-to-day center operations, as needed
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required
