The Clinical Support Tech 1 is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical patient care skills under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner. This role works in close collaboration with an assigned licensed healthcare practitioner to provide safe and quality patient care and is a valued member of the patient care team. The job also requires patient check-in through manual/paper or digital solutions and, as necessary, offers support for registration-related transactions including point of service collections.

Requirements

  • High School, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience
  • Registered Medical Assistant
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
  • AAMA Certified Medical Assistant
  • No Experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish
