The Lead Clinical Support Specialist position is designed to assist in managing a patient engagement program that achieves five-star results across a variety of Medicare Part C and Part D measures. This role involves partnering with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist to set a strategic approach with Arine leadership and other Clinical Care Leads, managing a dedicated Clinical Care Support team, and engaging client teams to align expectations and communicate roadblocks and progress.
