About The Position

The Clinical Support Staff is responsible for providing high quality patient focused care through the adherence to organizational policies and procedures, mastery of clinical skills, and implementation of the standardized patient intake and standing orders. Promotes a cohesive environment of teamwork, open communication, care and support among staff and patients. Adhere to scope of practice requirements and ensure confirmation of clinical skill performance by licensed staff where applicable. Multiple positions are available.

Requirements

• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Energetic, flexible, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to use clinical assessment skills to determine patient needs
• Current State Licensure as a EMT-B with IV certification, or EMT-I for EMT position
• Certificate of completion of Medical Assistant program for Medical Assistant position
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse for LPN position
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse for RN position
