Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Clinical Support Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the staffing schedule for all clinical personnel to ensure optimal coverage that meets resident care needs, regulatory standards, and budgetary guidelines based on actual census and Per Patient Day (PPD) metrics. Manages the payroll process by accurately tracking attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity. Provides clerical and administrative support to the department, while demonstrating a high degree of initiative and discretion in managing complex, sensitive, and confidential tasks within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Prior scheduling experience
