The Clinical Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. This position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, following up on referrals, assisting with patient service questions, and providing general administrative support to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
