Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Registered Nurse preferred

Responsibilities

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical support area.
Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
Manage all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
