About The Position
As the Clinical Support Coordinator reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will be a coach, mentor, and sometimes supervisor for others in the Care Giving Department in the absence of a licensed nurse and Director of Nursing. In addition, you will provide support and direct care to the residents in activities of daily living, fostering independence, and promoting individuality, while respecting and protecting each resident's right to privacy.
