About The Position

Supports Global Clinical Supply operations to ensure the timely, compliant delivery of clinical trial materials. Works under general supervision and follows established processes while gaining proficiency in clinical supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Associates degree or commensurate work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical supplies, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations
• Working knowledge of GxP requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IRT/RTSM systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of clinical supply activities, including procurement, packaging, labeling, and distribution of Investigational Medicinal Products IMPs and Ancillary Medicinal Products AxMPs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to clinical sites and depots; track deliveries and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, lot status, and expiration dates; assist with reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and update IRT/RTSM systems to support site resupply and study demand.
• Prepare and maintain clinical supply documentation in compliance with GCP/GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external vendors to support study timelines.
• Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain budgets and assist in forecasting
