About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor at Recovery Centers of America (RCA) plays a crucial role in overseeing therapeutic functions and services provided by therapists. This position involves supporting and implementing effective treatment techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating communication between clinical staff and the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for program development, staff training, and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies, all while contributing to the mission of helping individuals recover from addiction.
