Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead an integrated team of behavioral health professionals. This is a unique opportunity to provide critical services and shape the future of supportive housing for adults experiencing homelessness in Baltimore.

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and peers.
Provide behavioral health assessments, intensive case management, and therapeutic interventions to clients.
Ensure a safe, trauma-informed, harm-reduction-focused environment that fosters recovery and client dignity.
Lead program planning, implementation, and evaluation efforts in collaboration with the Senior Director.
Coordinate care, conduct intake assessments, develop SMART treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
Drive program improvements and contribute to grant development and reporting efforts.

Master's degree in Social Work with current LCSW-C licensure in Maryland.
Registered Supervisor with the Board of Social Work Examiners.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health treatment and case management for individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Housing First principles.
Demonstrated leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and commitment to racial equity and anti-oppression practices.
