We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our clients and clinicians. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, chemical dependency, or another related field.
  • Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the counselors.
  • Evaluates potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and identifies their DSM 5 diagnoses.
  • Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
  • Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
  • Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
  • Maintains an outpatient caseload.
  • Complete all appropriate and required documentation, therapy notes, reports, treatment plans, and forms for the client and the agency to reflect the progress and services provided to the client.
  • Assists the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility.
  • Other duties as assigned
