About The Position

Arizona Home Care is a closed-door home infusion and homecare facility that was first established in 1995. Our service includes both acute and non-acute patient populations by bringing the hospital room to the patient's home. We work with all the major hospitals and providers in the valley including but not limited to: HonorHealth, Banner, Dignity, Valleywise, St. Joes, Hospice of the Valley, and Abrazo. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by being the best way home. We achieve this by being best in patient care and service. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead and support our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical knowledge with leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This role is essential to ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of our home health and infusion operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Arizona RN license in good standing (BSN preferred).
  • Current CPR certification, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required.
  • Background clearance per Arizona state regulations.
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required).
  • Infusion therapy and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and Managed Care regulations.
  • Proficient computer and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all clinical operations and oversee the delivery of patient care.
  • Hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and problem-solver for field staff and patient care teams.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination for infusion and home health services.
  • Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accrediting body standards.
  • Participate in administrative on-call rotation and ensure timely follow-up on patient and staff concerns.
  • Support continuous quality improvement and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of budget guidelines and manage productivity within agency standards.
