About The Position

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the therapeutic functions and services provided by our team of therapists. You will manage a reduced caseload, while providing supervision, monitoring, and support to staff. You will be the key liaison between the clinical staff and the Clinical Director, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care. In addition, you'll be responsible for program development, staff training, and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Addiction Counseling).
  • LPC or LCSW, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) required.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong ability to maintain documentation in accordance with regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of county, state, and federal regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of various substance abuse treatment modalities and dual diagnosis issues preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure quality of mental health and AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) clinical services, including record keeping and direct services.
  • Ensure compliance with all county, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and documentation requirements.
  • Review treatment plans, case notes, and written correspondence for regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate weekly team case conferences to ensure coordinated treatment plans and effective service utilization.
  • Assign cases to therapists and paraprofessionals as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between referral sources, other agencies, and the clinical team.
  • Ensure proper supervision documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Provide performance management feedback, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Hire and train clinical staff, ensuring ongoing development and maintaining high clinical standards.
