About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor at Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, FL ✨ We are located on a beautiful 49-acre ranch-style campus where we provide services and care for at-risk boys ages 10-17. We have daily visitors such as turkeys, deer and even wild peacocks. We also have two lakes stocked with fish for both kids & staff to enjoy whenever possible. Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%) Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried) Choice of Supplemental benefits, including Short Term Disability and increased Life Insurance. Audits clinical files for current information and accuracy. Designs and reviews special management programs and presents these programs to the Clinical Team. Provides weekly individual supervision to each therapist/intern. Provides weekly group supervision to all therapists/interns. Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or human services and four years of related experience in residential facility management
• Current Florida licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII
• Prior clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting

Responsibilities

• Monitors, evaluates and corrects the daily performance of the Clinical Team.
• Audits clinical files for current information and accuracy.
• Designs and reviews special management programs and presents these programs to the Clinical Team.
• Provides weekly individual supervision to each therapist/intern.
• Provides weekly group supervision to all therapists/interns.
