Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor serves in a dual-role capacity, providing both clinical supervision and direct mental health services. Approximately sixty percent of the position is dedicated to supervising and supporting the clinical work of assigned staff, while the remaining forty percent involves carrying a direct service caseload. The role supports children and youth ages 0–21 and their families, many of whom have current or past involvement with the child welfare system. The primary function of the role is to oversee the clinical work of assigned mental health clinicians. Responsibilities include reviewing assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans for Medi-Cal compliance; providing weekly individual supervision and case consultation; offering clinical guidance on treatment interventions; and ensuring adherence to agency and regulatory standards. The supervisor also collaborates with internal and external partners to support coordinated and effective service delivery. In addition to supervisory duties, the position maintains a direct service caseload. Responsibilities include completing clinical assessments, providing individual, dyadic, or family therapy, facilitating Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings, coordinating care with child welfare and community providers, and maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
