The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the Community Strategies of MA (CSMA) Clinical Department, working collaboratively with the CSMA Operations teams, to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, varying mental health diagnoses, and behavioral challenges. The Clinical Supervisor is dedicated to addressing the unique behavioral and mental health needs of the individuals living in CSMA residential and/or shared living placements. They are responsible for the development and delivery of clinical services using the principles of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS). The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with members of the CSMA team to identify challenges within the environment, create support plans to increase positive behaviors and social skills to promote overall independence, and provide training and modeling to direct care staff. The Clinical Supervisor supervises assigned Clinician(s) and participates in the intake process for individuals referred to CSMA programs.
