About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care in Wasilla, AK. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations and manage clinicians and clinical support staff under the direction of the VP of Clinical Services. Additionally, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC) in Alaska.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive clinical experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment settings.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including staff supervision and program oversight.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Addiction-specific or trauma-focused certifications (e.g., CAP, CAADC, Trauma Certification), preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.
  • Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
  • Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.
  • Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development.
  • Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.
