About The Position

Under the direction of the Clinical Director, you will provide clinical supervision for assigned providers; provide administrative management for both licensed and non-licensed clinical service providers; provide mental health and/or alcohol/drug services which may include Diagnostic Assessment, Counseling, Pre-Hospital Screening, Crisis Intervention, CPST Services and other community services. You are a caring and dedicated professional with a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology with an LISW-S or LPCC-S; experience in the DSM Diagnostic Assessment; knowledge of ODMHAS and Accreditation standards; 3+ years of supervisory experience. In this role, you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology with an LISW-S or LPCC-S
  • Experience in the DSM Diagnostic Assessment
  • Knowledge of ODMHAS and Accreditation standards
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
  • Ability to obtain an Ohio Driver's License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight for service providers in assigned programs
  • Assign and monitor staff case lists and daily submission of paperwork.
  • Determine staffing patterns as necessitated by client needs; develop work schedules; monitor staff productivity
  • Coordinate services necessitated by emergency calls and ensure follow-up services at FRC and/or referrals to other community resources; monitor admissions, and discharges of clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision of individual, group, and family counseling services or psychotherapy; conduct and provide management of pre-hospital screening, crisis intervention, CPST services and other community services
  • Conduct training and development to include types of intervention/modality of treatment provided to clients; affirm appropriateness of treatment by signing clinical documentation.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, hiring and training of assigned staff; complete performance appraisals; and participate in and issue disciplinary action.
  • Submit required reports including performance-based outcomes, program outputs, productivity, no-show rates to the Clinical Director.
