About The Position

Clinical Supervisor Pueblo San Ildefonso, NM Sign on bonus $2500 (travel to other locations may be required for training or meetings) Description The Clinical Supervisor will oversee program clinicians in the Pueblo San Ildefonso Serna Solutions office which includes the following services, methods of care and populations: Individuals Couples Families Children Adolescents Groups Art Therapy Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA) Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA) Community Reinforcement & Family Training (CRAFT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills (DBT) Brainspotting Hypnotherapy Type of Employment: Full Time or Part-Time Employee, Salaried or Contract JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications include: Licensure as a master’s level behavioral health clinician (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, PhD or PsyD).
• Well organized

• Able to be proactive and anticipate needs of the clients and the organization;

Nice To Haves

• Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Brainspotting, etc.)
• Clinical Supervisor (50/50 split between direct service and clinical supervision)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff in an outpatient setting.
• Train clinical staff in best practices related to clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation.
• Act as a resource for staff to problem solve complex clinical presentations.
• Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups;
• Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned;
• Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
• Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff,
• Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;
• Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;
• Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support;
• Provide crisis intervention, as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
