Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Requirements

Licensed in PA as an RN OR LPN
+1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)
Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance
Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
