Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Requirements

  • Licensed in PA as an RN OR LPN
  • +1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)
  • Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance
  • Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
  • Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
  • Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
  • Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
  • Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
