YWCA Greater Los Angeles (GLA) is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. We provide direct services, empowerment programming, and advocacy to support marginalized individuals and families, especially women and girls of color, while working to challenge structural barriers to equity. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for outpatient mental health and social service support for the Survivor Empowerment Services (SES) department. The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision for SES therapists pursuing licensure (as appropriate), case managers, interns and/or students. Programmatic services include individual and group therapy, support groups, crisis intervention responding to SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) and 24/7 Sexual Assault Hotline. The Clinical Supervisor will provide not provide direct services.
