Requirements

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Active LMHC license in New York State.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering both clients and clinicians.
Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 pre-licensed mental health counseling providers , ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance.
Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care.
Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.
Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care.
Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.
Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.
