Part-Time Remote Clinical Supervisor (IL)

Atlantic Health StrategiesSpringfield, IL
4d$45 - $65Remote

About The Position

Duad Wellness is redefining geriatric mental health care in Illinois. As a PHP/IOP provider focused exclusively on older adults, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment designed to preserve dignity, independence, and emotional well-being. Everything we do is grounded in interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical integrity, and outcomes that actually reflect the realities of aging. We are in the launch phase of our Springfield program, and we are looking for the right people to help us build something worth being proud of. We are looking for a part-time, remote Clinical Supervisor to join us as we build out our clinical team in Springfield. This role starts small, around 5 to 15 hours per week, and is designed to grow as our staff grows and supervision needs expand. We are hiring this leader early so they can build the foundation before the team grows. This includes designing supervision frameworks, setting documentation standards, and creating onboarding structures from the ground up. This is an early-stage role suited for someone who is comfortable building systems, establishing structure, and shaping how the program will operate as it expands.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW, in good standing
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field meeting Illinois licensure requirements
  • At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
  • A solid understanding of clinical supervision frameworks, ethical practice, and what Illinois requires for supervisees
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, early-stage environment where things are still being figured out

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience providing formal clinical supervision to licensed or pre-licensed clinicians
  • Experience in geriatric mental health, older adult programming, or PHP/IOP settings
  • Genuine interest in contributing to program development beyond the supervisory role

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Illinois licensure requirements, as the team grows
  • Help develop supervision structures, documentation standards, and onboarding protocols before and during the hiring process
  • Collaborate with program leadership to make sure clinical practices stay grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care
  • Contribute to clinical quality assurance and program development as needed
  • Stay current with Illinois behavioral health regulations, HIPAA, and applicable ethical standards

Benefits

  • The hours are flexible and remote, so this can fit around an existing practice or schedule.
  • The leadership team is serious about clinical quality and takes staff development personally.
  • There is genuine room to grow here as the program scales.
