Clinical Supervisor
About The Position
The Clinic Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the clinic and provides leadership and support to all clinical and nursing staff delivering patient care. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding of new employees, staff scheduling and coverage, performance evaluations, addressing disciplinary issues, and developing, revising, and implementing clinical policies and procedures. The role ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. In addition, the Clinic Supervisor performs all functions of a clinic nurse during designated hours and provides coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Iowa
- Must be able to communicate well with patients and staff employees
- Must be able to travel to all four clinics as requested
