As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho kids by managing and coordinating clinical services along for the program. As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. Requirements
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a direct clinical practice human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or very closely related field of study)
- Idaho State Licensure associated with the degree (e.g. LCSW, LCPC) with the ability to clinical supervise other therapists
- At least 5 years’ supervisory experience
- A least 8 years’ experience in a related field
- A valid Idaho’s driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment
Responsibilities
- Recruits, hires, and evaluates therapists and clinical staff
- Ensures coordination of treatment activities occur as planned
- Monitors spending expenses, and is involved in budget development
- Ensures that treatment integrity is addressed and improved through monitoring, tracking, and systematic supervision
