The Clinical Supervisor models and develops patient-focused culture with an emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction. They also maintain a positive and collaborative relationship within the clinical environment by coaching, developing, and empowering staff. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical expert within the scope of the practice and program guidelines.
