About The Position

The Clinical Services Supervisor at Signal Behavioral Health Network is responsible for overseeing adult services programs and staff, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services for individuals with substance use disorders. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical service delivery for substance use disorders.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field with relevant licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, or CAS).
  • Previous supervision or leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and coordination within complex systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ASAM practical and theoretical applications.
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare service delivery with emphasis on substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support adult services programs and staff.
  • Oversee care coordination for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate relationships with community stakeholders.
  • Train and supervise staff in case management and care coordination responsibilities.
  • Support staff through individual and group supervision in clinical assessment and care plan development.
  • Conduct utilization review procedures to enhance care coordination.
  • Ensure staff utilize ASAM Criteria for service recommendations and coordination.
  • Interview and onboard prospective adult services providers.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Participate in program process improvement activities across departments.
  • Provide education and training to providers and community organizations regarding program areas.
