Requirements

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
BSN required after 3/1/2025 (existing employees prior to 3/1/2025 grandfathered with current degree).
Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire) as required by specialty.
Current Florida nursing license.

Nice To Haves

One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
Certification in specialty preferred.
