About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
• One (1) year of experience in clinical specialty
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units

• Supervise nursing operations of a unit
• Assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director
