About The Position

Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Outpatient Behavioral Health team is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our Worcester team in delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• LICSW in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families.
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to outpatient clinicians.
• Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration.
• Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback.
• Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery.
