About The Position
As a Clinical Supervisor at ACES, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the standards of treatment for children with autism and related disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement a wide range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. This position requires collaboration with families and other clinicians to ensure that the ABA programs are effectively addressing specific client needs. You will also supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians who deliver direct services, providing them with the guidance and support necessary to succeed in their roles. In addition to program development and supervision, you will be responsible for evaluating and updating client progress reports using industry-leading data collection software. This will involve analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of the ABA programs and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes for clients. You will work closely with a cross-functional team that is dedicated to ACES' mission of providing high-quality care and support to children with autism.
