We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs. Clinical Supervisor (Mens Treatment) Hours: Monday- Friday and one late night (flexibility needed) Location: Paterson, New Jersey Regular Salary: $29.00-$32.00/Hr Sign on bonus of $5000 (Full Time Only) (New Employees Only) Job Summary: A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.
Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) OR LPC/LCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively.
- A minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors
- Ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services
- Ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements
- Assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team
